Data Deletion Request

In accordance with our Privacy Policy, the LGPD (art. 18) and the GDPR, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data.

How to request

Email andre@nodensgrowth.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”, or use the button below — it opens your email app with the request pre-filled. Include:

Your full name;
The email address and/or phone number you used with us;
What you want deleted (all data, or specific data).

Request deletion by email

What happens next

We confirm your identity through the email or phone number registered with us;
Your personal data is deleted or anonymized within 15 days, as required by the LGPD (art. 19);
You receive an email confirmation once the deletion is complete.

Exceptions required by law: contract and billing records are kept for 5 years as required by Brazilian tax and commercial law. Opt-out records (who asked to stop receiving messages) may be kept anonymized, so we keep honoring your opt-out. Where full deletion is not possible, data is anonymized so it no longer identifies you.

If you are a patient of a clinic we serve

When Nodens operates AI attendants for clinics, the clinic is the data controller of its patients’ data and we act as processor on its behalf. If you are a patient, direct your request to the clinic — it will instruct us to delete your data from its systems. You may also email us and we will forward the request to the responsible clinic.
