1. Entities and your contracting party

This website (nodensgrowth.com) and the Nodens brand are owned by LUNA WEB3 CONSULTING LLC, a Florida limited liability company (United States). Services engaged by clients in Brazil are provided and invoiced by ANDRE CAETANO LUNA LTDA (CNPJ 47.729.358/0001-13), licensed to operate the Nodens brand in Brazil. Your contracting party is:

2. What this website is

This website is an informational showcase of the Nodens brand. No services are sold, and no contracts are formed, through the website alone. All services are engaged through a separate written agreement, which governs scope, pricing, deadlines and guarantees, and prevails over any website content in case of conflict.

3. Intellectual property

The Nodens brand and wordmark, the content, design and code of this website are property of LUNA WEB3 CONSULTING LLC, with the Brazilian operation licensed to ANDRE CAETANO LUNA LTDA. You may not copy, reproduce or use brand assets without prior written authorization.

4. Results and metrics

Figures shown on this website — including revenue calculator estimates, benchmarks and case references — are illustrative estimates based on the data you enter and on market references. They are not promises of results. Any performance commitment exists only in the written agreement signed with your contracting entity, and its terms prevail.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use this website and our contact channels lawfully. You may not attempt to breach the security of the site, collect data by automated means without authorization, or use the contact channels for spam or unsolicited mass messages.

6. Third-party services

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, uses analytics (PostHog), ad measurement (Meta Pixel) and is hosted on Cloudflare. Communication channels such as WhatsApp operate under their providers’ own terms. The platform also integrates with Google Calendar under Google’s APIs Terms of Service. The treatment of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

This website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the contracting entities are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the website. Liability related to services is governed exclusively by the written agreement signed with your contracting entity.

8. Governing law and venue

• Contracts with LUNA WEB3 CONSULTING LLC: governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States;
• Contracts with ANDRE CAETANO LUNA LTDA: governed by Brazilian law, with exclusive venue in the courts of São Paulo/SP, Brazil.
